Refund Policy: 1.1 We offer refunds on products purchased from The Cyber Nugget (Pty) Ltd within 7 days from the date of purchase. 1.2 To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. 1.3 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase. 1.4 Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Returns Policy: 2.1 If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team at sales@cybernt.co.za within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process. 2.2 Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. 2.3 Returned items must be in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and any additional accessories. 2.4 We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, and we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
3. Exchanges: 3.1 We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, color, or size, please return the original item and place a new order.
4. Damaged or Defective Items: 4.1 If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at sales@cybernt.co.za with photos of the product and packaging. 4.2 We will provide instructions for returning the item, and upon inspection, a replacement or refund will be issued.
5. Cancellations: 5.1 Orders can be canceled within 3 hours of purchase. Please contact our customer service team promptly at sales@cybernt.co.za for assistance.
6. Refund Processing Time: 6.1 Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
